Relax buddy relaxxxxxx I don’t disagree with you. All people should be paid a fair living wage and criminality should be punished. However the logic behind California being a sanctuary state is sound and not just some liberal bullshit. The trickle down effect of paying $10 for a head of lettuce or $15 for a avocado would be devastating to the Californian economy. Until they can learn how to automate the state is reliant on its undocumented labor force

The new "laborers" are not like the old. Have you tried picking up someone at HD etc.. to dig etc... they want $20hr and quit in 40 so they can go buy beer. Basically they can't find jobs anywhere in this market because they are too lazy or greedy. The ones at McDonalds etc.. now want $15 next $25 etc...
I just hire a bunch of HS seniors grads etc.. they want to work and learn a trade. Willing to do their dues also by digging some trenches along the way.
So No I do not believe California still needs to support them all. Give them work visa leave their pregnant baby momas at home and go home when the season is over.
Let the low end jobs be filled once again by Teenagers, Seniors and those that dropped out of our free education system...

How was it racist? The Mama part? Did not believe there was a particular race or ethnicity that applied to? And as far as I know most Latin people are White.
I work with tons of Hispanics in Construction that I highly respect, and of course many are American, some legally here and some illegally.
My beef is not racial but between those that work and those that want to take money from those that work.

Stormy got some questionable legal advice. She holds that the contract is invalid because Trump didn't sign it. But if SHE signed it, and Trump's representative signed it, then she has a legal contract with Trump's representative/lawyer/whoever signed on Trump's behalf. And if that contract asserts non-disclosure and she received compensation in exchange for that agreement, it would seem that the contract is enforceable.
Personally, I haven't needed such an agreement because I have THIS:
