I was attempting to purchase FX points with a pre-paid Master Card gift card from Ralph's. I'm fairly sure I've used the same kind of card previously without issue. However, this time I'm getting the error message "Card declined by bank. Please try a different card.". Has there been a change to the accepted forms of payment? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
