Maybe we are jumping to conclusion too early. According to Russian Times, there's nothing illegal about Flynn's talking to the Russians, except for the Logan Act, which is very old and rarely used. The only thing he did wrong was lying. He got punished for it when Trump fired him.
BUT, why did he lied? Did he think that Trump is above the law who can pardon him? Why he now thinks that Trump is useless to him?

I don't think even the alt-right media interpreted Logan as such. I would think it doesn't apply to Trump after the inauguration. Once elected? Maybe. But for others, they have no official govt post, no then and no title for future posts.

Another such lawyer is Obama. And you should have listened to him more, lol. The media, if written, seldom went far off, or they will have to write an apology. They will have the right kinds of people going through the words. Being searchable on the internet, journalists rarely made mistakes such as "alternative facts". And I wouldn't listen to anybody calling themselves not journalists, and turn off the channel tolerating them.

Charging Manafort may be just for show - Mueller is not empty handed. The money involved is serious. He could have wrapped up if he's afraid of Trump. Not anymore after Flynn is charged.
Charging Flynn maybe just because he has to. Obviously, Flynn lied. Not anymore when he pleaded guilty to a single charge. Mueller could have left him alone for that. Mueller could do a lot worse after the guilty plead with nothing more to go. Hate by one side and appearing stupid to the other.

Flynn is obviously trying to save himself and his son.... but he is going to need some hard evidence... because no one is going to take his word for anything.
