I think it's important to give a girl a heads up if you're dealing with an eczema/psoriasis breakout. Most people would be a little freaked out if you showed up with a rash and didn't mention it. Fortunately, both eczema and psoriasis are pretty distinct and it's easy to tell if you're dealing with something harmless vs something worrisome.
Honesty is always the best policy! Don't just show up and just hope we won't notice.
I've dealt with eczema myself, so I understand the struggle. It's always an uncomfortable subject to discuss. I've actually helped clients diagnose eczema in the past (though I always recommend a visit to the doctor's before seeking treatment) and have been able to pass on some knowledge based on my own personal experiences.
If eczema is something you struggle with I highly recommend you go over any detergents, soaps, perfumes, or lotions you use! I've managed to completely eliminate breakouts by simply revising the products I use in my home and on my skin.

BL, voice of reason, as usual. These conditions are not communicable (i.e., not infectious diseases). However, there are infectious diseases that look similar, and folks with eczema can be at risk for some of these. Modern medicine can handle them. PS, just gonna say--Dunning-Kruger. Look it up.

Nope, not a doc! I design diets that reverse the situation. Skin conditions as stated by OP is directed to the health of good bacteria in the gut (and body) along with eliminative organs not functioning at its optimal.
When your organs are taxed (especially liver and kidneys), stuff comes out of the skin. High protein consumption is not the only thing that makes the body acidic. It’s also beverages, starches and processed crap. And detergents and chemicals do contribute after the fact. This is not medical advice! It’s nutrition. If you don’t know already, doctors have no clue about nutrition! That’s why psoriasis and eczema is such a mystery for the masses.
It’s Fugus (yeast/candida) from crap acidic eating with kidneys that can’t filter out toxins.
In fact alopathy encourages a protein diet which is making your prostate inflamed and hardened (and for women, their uterus/cervix also suffer from an acidic diet). This should be more alarming than the psoriasis. At least you have signs (skin issues) that toxins wanna leave the body and your kidneys/adrenals are not high functioning. For many, they have no clue their body is inflamed!
But to give you an honest answer OP, get yourself in a steam room and remove all that jammed up bacteria by calm sweating! Because as a massage girl, I would def be so cautious w folks who have high fungus, I would even throw the towels away, because that toxic stuff flakes off badly! Speaking of flaking off, dry brush the skin, hunny! Allow it to breath!
Regenerate new skin and allow good bacteria to start repopulating with a good alkaline and high fiber diet that can sweep up your colon and clean out your bowels! Go wholefoods plant-based for 30 days!
