The best bike Harley ever made was the FXR. Take the Harley engine out and throw in a 124 CID S&S engine with a hot cam and higher compression, and IMO you've got the best cafe bike imaginable ... 120 HP that redlines at ~6500 RPMs and you have USABLE POWER WITH EXTREME TORQUE!!
I don't want a rice rocket that redlines at 12000 RPMs ... I'd prefer to live long enough to see the US and China become loyal allies!!

16,500 is the redline on the R6 yamaha.
They dropped it from 17,500 it has 16 titanium valves.

I like the idea: maximum torque at zero RPM with a DC electric motor. Just don't be confusing amateur and armature.

BMW Motorcycles can get 200 horsepower out of 61 cubic inches
So if they built a 103 theoretically they could produced 337 horsepower.
We all know Harley-Davidson can't do that they're only worried about their sales.

I agree, electric motors kick ass. After months of experiment, I always leave all other cars behind at the lights. I was surprised and so are everybody else. Some real sports cars can do better but it sounds very silly using full throttle to get even with a cheapo hybrid.
