She is not doing it from my ip address, luv.
I will try to do it for her when i see her. Not sure what can be going wrong. She is kinda far away from me so its not going to be today..

try using a different email. gmail or something

Those email accounts may not be uncommon enough.
Try a much different name that some other girl has not already used
or tried to use. (Trying to set up an HX account from a motel, hotel, coffee
shop may also be very difficult because others may have set up their
HX account using that IP address)
A VPN browser extension/add-on is a good idea.
You can find free ones for Chromes, FireFox, ect. Just go to add-ons within your
browser... I also like DownloadHelper, I use this to downlaod videos from YouTube
and other sites.
