"promoted the hell out of him"
I think you should buy a subscription to the Washington Post, NY Times or LA Times and begin reading a few articles. The political stories will be on the front page and throughout the front section. No TV watching for you, your ability to listen and comprehend are in serious question.
Trump didn't endorse Mr. Moore, rather he endorsed his primary opponent Mr. Strange. Furthermore, DJT never entered the state of AL to campaign or endorse Mr. Moore. The closest he came to the state was Pensacola, FL.

|
Lebron James father, right?
|
|
Since only registered voters who reside in the state of AL are allowed to vote in an AL special election, it would seem that being in AL would be essential to endorsing and supporting Mr. Moore. FL residents, although very interested in this special election were unable to vote

They don't let that alte kaker order a Happy Meal lol. He orders off their senior menu.

duke, redbul is correct at least on the points you are trying to dispute; your facts don't prove him wrong. What are you trying to pull? "A win is a win" sour loser.
|
|
I'm not a Trump fan. I didn't vote for him. But I do read the newspaper and watch my MSNBC...you ready to play some Hardball? Followed by Chris Hayes. Oh then we have Rachel Maddow doin her thing...next is Law O'D, I think you may be down with Lawrence, am I correct? Then Brian Williams going to put a bow on it for the day.
Donald Trump did not endorse Mr. Moore. He said he was fond of him, that he respected him, that he was a good man, that he thought he would win the special election.
But Trump did go to AL to endorse Mr. Strange, the primary opponent of Mr. Moore. Where am I mistaken?
I'm not familiar with a sour loser. I am familiar with a sore loser. I'm also familiar with the candy sour punch. Can you please clarify what exactly you mean by this whole "sour" thing?

endorse - declare one's public approval or support of.

Trump in robocall for Moore: He will 'help me steer this country back on track'
is that "promoting the hell of"?
Oh, you retracted that.
|
|
The promoted the hell out of him quote comes from the OP...I merely copied and pasted it. But I did include quotation marks so the reader knew that I was quoting someone other than myself.
I don't agree with your suggestion that Trump's verbiage in the robocall was a full endorsement.
I think Trump sat the fence on this one. Attempted to parse his words and play cute. I don't know how Moore coming to Washington would've been good for DJT, short of the obvious numbers advantage it'd held in the Senate. The sexual harassment issues that the president has would have been brought even more to the forefront had Mr. Moore been victorious. Eventually Trump needs a win, one would think...but I believe this worked out ok for him. Now Trump's old associate, Mr. Bannon...he offered a full endorsement of Mr. Moore.
|
|
duke, you disagree that Trump endorsed Moore
and you disagree that Trump promoted the hell out of Moore
The dictionary says you are wrong on the first.
The facts of Trump's robo calls and the contents of it show that you are wrong on the 2nd.
Can you show us your alternative dictionary and alternative facts? Maybe your comprehension is beyond
stupid

|
If they give you guys this win will you stop crying about Trump winning the real election?

My dictionary sits quietly on my shelf rarely, if ever speaking. His behavior is impeccable...for he's been spoiled by a life of privilege with me. But your dictionary is quite talkative and a bit of an asshole. It really has to do with boundaries, I don't know what type of rules you have at your place, but over here there isn't much grab ass, we simply sit quietly and do research.
So you're multiple line drop down to your important insult was done to create drama or mystery or was it just the mood you're in...27 return smacks and then a coarse slam off. Did you consider another word other than "stupid"? Or when you were dictating this blog post in your mind, the final slam off insult was always going to be "stupid"...do tell.
Did you enjoy Speilberg's Lincoln or are you more of a Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter dude?

Politics makes strange bedfellows. OP is right on the facts wrong on his interpretation.
It was an alliance of necessity and convenience... not an alliance of trust and support.
Trump (and most Repubs) wanted Moore out of the race. When Moore pulled a Trump and said, “Fuck all of you! I’m staying in the race”... it behooved Trump and the the rest of the Repubs to either shut up... or try to help him win.
They can’t afford to keep giving up seats in the senate.
It’s as simple as that. Anyone trying to paint it as something else just hates Trump and refuses to recognize the duplicity that is common in our entire political system.
On the national level.... state and district races only matter on how they impact the balance of power.
|
|
It's not as important as the AL senate race, but much more salacious...I'm speaking of course of the dismissal of Ms. Omarosa Manigault-Newman from the White House. The articles I've read on the matter have entertained me quite a bit.
Probably a mistake to go Sessions for AG, ya think? DJT thought Sessions was his boy, completely loyal and ready to take care of business regarding the Comey firing. So Trump appoints the strange, diminutive southerner as AG...and to his chagrin, he recuses. Enter Mueller (BTW FOX is reporting the independent council has spent an entire seven million dollars investigating...seven million dollars lol). So Sessions becoming AG leads to the strange Mr. Strange endorsement and this Mr. Moore craziness. Had DJT appointed a lap dog like Rudy G...that weirdo would have never recused. And Sessions would be the AL senator. And Mueller would be in Maui on holiday enjoying the warm weather.

heyduke, heard of google, check trump promotes moore! One example, "Trump says US 'cannot afford' Roy Moore loss in Alabama - ABC News
abcnews.go.com/.../trump-promotes-moore-advance-florida-campaign-rally-51670401
5 days ago - Trump gave a boost to the campaign of GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore during a raucous campaign rally in the Florida panhandle, near the state line with Alabama. "Get out and vote for Roy Moore. Do it. Do it," Trump told the crowd. "We cannot afford, the future of this country cannot afford to lose the". Yea, he pushed the shit out of him, and then says he knew he would lose! And a robocall.....are you as clueless as your orange god?
|
|
I wonder how many Floridians voted in the AL election? You're right, it's completely normal to roll down to Pensacola and give a campaign speech / effort for peole residing in the state. Now have I heard of google?!?! That's a cheap shot...so Trump said the GOP couldn't afford a Moore loss...does not that have to do with the 52-48 advantage? I recall seeing Trump inside the AL state limits endorsing his guy Mr. Strange. I guess when Mr. Strange lost the primary and Trump, being a part of the GOP, actually wanted to see a republican win the election for US senator.

No alte kaker, there is no wall that prevents travel. No sir.
There is a law that states only registered voters residing in the state of AL can vote in the AL special election. Silly old man, although we can all watch tv and listen to the radio, only residents of Alabama can vote in the Alabama election. While the entire nation can watch TV...only Alabamans can vote lol.

|
No Alabama residents will turn to dust in Florida and conversely Florida residents will transform into stone in Alabama. We've seen it occur in Gainesville when the Gators and Tide meet annually and after the dust settles. We also see it with Chuck Person in Auburn as he offers a scholarship to a prospective Addidas shoe wearer.
