The 2min rating has nothing to do with safe vs. really safe.

Hi beautiful 
Goto your network
Click on the "Ratings I've Issued/Issue Ratings" tab
Click on the "Rank Safety" tab
You will see a list of those you've rated and you can Drag & Drop that person to the top of your list to Rank them Highly.
However, you can't drag & drop on a phone, you can only do it on a Computer/Laptop

If you can find ratings that you've issued, and then rank safety you may be able to adjust. Not sure if you can do with phone.

Hello
I would like to know what's up with some of these girls flaking on rating us guys ? I have about five girls that I have politely remind several times now to please give a rating and they keep blowing me off. Isn't that one of the most important features of this site, to know if someone is safe or not ?

I've never dragged and dropped anything.
I'd like to know how certain people get in the very safe area if all you have done is a 2 min rating for them.
