soup - LOTS of sodium, but other wise pretty healthy unless it's 'cream of ..' something. Then it has too much fat.
salad - usually healthy, unless you put a bunch of fatty dressing on it, or fatten it up with avocado or cheese, and those salty croutons. Of course, you have to worry about E. Coli from the workers shitting on the lettuce out in the fields because their shit-for-brains, cheap-ass employers won't put enough port-a-potties out in the fields or give them a way to wash their hands
