We ALREADY give free healthcare to those without insurance. They come to the emergency room, the most expensive place to be treated, and clog up the system with simple cases of flu, ear infections, minor injuries, etc.
I believe it actually costs LESS in medical costs, paperwork, and missed work to let people have some basic healthcare.

He said President Clinton had no choice but to respond to a subpoena, even tho he was the Prez..

I can assure you Newsome will be far more fiscally loose than Brown. Yes, Brown has his bullet train boondoggle, but he has been holding the Democratic super majority in Sacramento at bay as they try to push more and more spending stuff forward......Brown is vetoing about 12-13% of the bills submitted by the legislature....which in almost 3 times the amount when he was previously governor. Of course, he isn't axing as many and Arnold did who truly was the Terminator....at 26%
