be very easy to tax remittances to mexico 6%? when they go to file their tax returns they can get part of that 6% back by attaching the withholding slips.
they don't file a tax return they pay the full 6%...they file they can get back 75% of what was withheld over the year
why would anyone be against this

When did I defend Mexico? All I’m saying is building a wall is as smart and effective as say that bullet train or gun control Laws. Taxing remits is pointless
To me the better solution is stepping up physical presence on the border. Hire a shit tone of personnel leaving the Military . faster deportation processes and actually penalizing the companies that hire illegals If no ones hiring they won’t want to come here. If your employee is an illegal, 25% penalty on your profits If your gardener or nanny is an illegal, a lien on your house or property
Penalize the people (americans for the most part) who are actually taking advantage of the system
Oh and all that dreamers shit Make the citizens and mandate 4 years in the military or boot them

Easiest way for Mexico to prevent the whole wall is build a small wall between San Diego and Tijuana. Americans will object vehemently and then oppose any wall.
