Mt. Baldy is very good. It's about an 11 mile hike but there is a tram that will cut out about 3.5 miles if you want to shorten the trek.

In the Spring time and Falll Tahquitz Canyon waterfall is a fun and easy hike!!
The deserts version of runyon canyon is this trail in Palm Desert called the bump and grind trial. Lots o fgood looking people hike there.
For the Inland Empire as a whole I think Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead is the best!!!

In the San Gabriels:
Mount Wilson from Islip Saddle
Strawberry Peak from Red Box
Mount Baden Powell from Vincent Gap (this one is a bear)
All accessible from Hwy 2 aka Angeles Crest Hwy.

I find Mt Baden Powell and Mt Wilson to be quite boring hikes. No doubt challenging...but so damn repetitive. I think Baden Powell is like 30 fucking circles. The views are very cool and there are trees to offer a bit of shade.
I think Ontario Peak / Big Horn Peak is a dope day. It's one of my favorite hikes in southern CA.
