He was an Undersec. in Barry's admin. which means he had a boss in the Depart. looking over his shoulder. Tramp made him the Sec. which means no one in the Depart. was his direct boss. Makes a difference in what you can do...and get away with.

I'd never call wunanddun a scumbucket...I'd always refer to him as Mr. Scumbucket. And I'm sure he would extend me the same courtesy. (j/k, please don't throw anything.)
