You know nothing about the law. Keeping your mouth shut and claiming attorney/client privilege are two astronomically different things.

The privilege belongs to the client notwithstanding consideration. In other words monetary compensation is not a pre requisite to forming an attorney client relationship. Complex area of law that requires much more analysis and application than the amusing banter here.
But what do I know except to say!

As he is the one that said after his initial remarks of never getting a bill or paying Cohen that he "may" have handed him a $10 bill to initiate the client/attorney confidentiality clause. This is such a classic tv/movie bogus line to use to keep criminal activity quiet it is too funny that Hannity used it. Just saw the same thing on recent low life lawyer show Better Call Saul! Great! Fox News Judicial analyst and Hannity buddy even called him out on this. He said the $10 handover to get confidentiality is a myth. He even used my comparison, by stating this is used in tv shows such as Breaking Bad! He said anything Cohen and Hannity discussed should be open to view! But of course it was "mostly" real estate stuff??? Only 10% about paying off a Playboy playmate?

Cohen wanted to name Hannity as a client to claim privilege but without publicly naming hannity. The lawyer had Hannity written on a piece of paper sealed in an envelope. Kimba told him to just say it. Hannity claims all he got was real estate advice. I'm thinking Hannity is a lying sack of shit. If that was the extent of their business why would cohen go out of his way to protect Hannity..? There may be documents collected in the raid showing cohen being a "fixer" for sean. Proving Hannity a liar. Probably embarrassing but not illegal. Still cohen will squeel on trump to avoid bank fraud, money laundering, election law violations. The loan cohen used to pay off stormy was a home equity loan. Cohen lied on the loan app. I think it was for home improvements. Just misrepresenting what the loan is for can get you 30 years and/of 1mil fine. Cohen has said trump never paid him back the 130K. But cohen made a loan payment of 130K. Maybe Hannity "loaned" cohen 130K to pay off the loan. You guys know its going to be worse than what we think because anything involving trump is never simple. And it can always get worse.
