They began drinking coffee about ten years ago, Woody. In 2018 it's not unusual to see Black folks at a Starbucks. I think it had to do with the election of Pres Obama and also them feeling a little more confident in our society.

Man, inflation is skyrocketing! Couple of hours ago it was $5 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Now it's $8. Yowwwwzer.
