Grump, you put your chaps on with a hair dryer?
|

I always manage to get them on. Takes muscles, so I find somebody else to put it on.

Hula, you wear chaps too. Fuck Yeah!

I have a few extra pair of Autodromo Stringbacks that I'd sell. Perfect to pair with your leather steering wheel.

Never thought of going to an upholstery shop, very good idea. There are quite a few in Santa Ana area. I purchased a 1940's dining room table off of CL a few years ago. The table was in great condition and I got a glass table top cut for it. The chair seats were in poor condition .I went through a couple shops in S.A. and found some material I liked. I took the seats off and brought them to a shop in S.A. They put new padding and the material on the seats. I believe it was $20 a seat. Now
I have a dining room table set straight out of the Antique Road Show.

I put one on my steering wheel about fifteen years ago. Took me four hours to lace it up. It's still holding up just some ware from my thumbs.
