Mounted cameras watching them - and they ain’t installed by the atm vendors.

The cameras are not installed or operated by the crypto vendors. The whole point of crypto currency was off the grid transactions.
Who do you think would want to know who is using off the grid atms and putting faces to people Using off the grid currency......do the math.
