At this point, here is what Trump could do.
Pardon everyone. And I mean everyone. Manafort, Cohen, his family members, Sessions, the Mooch, everybody who has been connected to any politics or payoffs for the last 10 years. Write a hundred pardons, five hundred if needed. He doesn't need to wait for indictments or convictions. Nixon was pardoned without any of that.
Just pardon everyone, and say this, "You are going after my friends because you want to get to me. That is cowardly and un-American. It is a witch hunt. It violates our sense of fair play and shows a fundamental lack of honor. You want ME, then come after ME, if you have the stomach for that fight!"
It would never happen, but it would be a gutsy move. And just might work. It would be so straight forward, so fucking unheard of, it might actually work.

You do realize the FBI openly admitted after the fact that they had nothing on Flynn and pretty much threatened him with a super long prison sentence to get him to roll over. Wouldn't be surprised if they did the same to everyone else.
