I doubt she could get the nomination. A āCaliforniaā democrat brings nothing to the table. Calaiforniaās Electoral votes are firmly in the blue Column for the foreseeable future. That ads nothing to the race for the left.
They need a candidate that helps flip a close red state or secures a battle ground state. They need someone who gives them Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania etc...
BTW.... she isnāt the sharpest knife in the drawer. I was in a few group meetings with her 4 or 5 years ago. She is educated.... but not smart. She has access to information.... but not sharp. That gets exposed in a long election cycle. (ask Sarah Palin)
Corey Booker usually seems reasonable but his āI am Spartacusā moment was obviously contrived and wil/has backfire. Even CNNās Jeffery Tobin reported Kavanaugh got the best of Booker.
Being the The mayor of Newark, NJ plays well in a local Senate race... but his mayoral record will haunt him in a nationwide General election.
President Obama was uniquely smart, sharp, insightful, likable and charismatic. Neither Booker or Harris have all of those qualities.

It appears that the republicans who control the committee got caught improperly using the confidential stamp. Booker called them out on it, and others called them out on their slow release of other documents. In response, the republican in the wee hours worked to correct their mistake.
