If it was Fubs, the title should have been "Why do some ugly ladies Repost the same ugly pic every other day?"

Generous Answer: Hx makes you pay fx points to buy album space so if you take new pictures but have not bought fx points recently you have to resize and re-upload everything. If you hustle that might be frequently! Also if you retouch or remove blur from your photos you may want to re-upload them.
Skeptical Answer: Whenever you re-upload something it puts it into the new photos - bump! (But re-uploading the same photo again for this purpose can get you in serious Hx trouble so it is not worth it.)
Honest Answer: It's both.
