High Brow Upland opens at 6 AM. That's the only reason that I know of the place. For you smokers, they also have a smoking room, you on't have to go outside. Ladies there is usually 9-1 ratio men to women, so if you're looking for a new dude to help you out in your life, ya know maybe a naked nebbish from Norco or something like that...High Brow is the tip.

Because it's in downtown. The only reason to be in downtown Upland is twofold, you're either running on the PE trail from Rancho to Claremont or your opting to save some fossil fuel and riding the Metrolink to Union Station for whatever event you have going on...perhaps its the race to the top of the US Bank Building to raise money for the downtown Ketchum YMCA.
