Here's a suggestion: stop making up shit and stop stealing from ppl.
I know the guy you're referring to and here's what really happened.
You stole a Mont Blanc pen that he paid $420 for. A Mont Blanc pen is not just a pen. It's kind of like a piece of jewelry.
https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=fc-xW4XAFIeotQW6xaHoCg&q=mont+blanc&btnK=Google+Search&oq=mont+blanc&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0l10.1086.3806..4020...2.0..0.108.1188.6j6......0....1..gws-wiz.......0i131j0i10.QMUzTxEGprE
after politely asking you for the pen back over a 5 week period, you finally gave him a fake. The fakie broke when he dropped it. He sent it in for repair and Mont Blanc sent him a letter back wanting to know where he had got the pen b/c they like to prosecute rip off artists:
On another occasion (before he got the letter from Mont Blanc), you stole some merchandise from him. You didn't deny either thefts, but claimed they were both "accidents." So dude is out over $500 b/c you are a liar and a thief.
Stop changing your handle. Maybe just get off the site b/c you sound like you are all bad.
Here's the email/letter from MontBlanc
Dear Mr. xxxxxxxx,
We have reason to believe that you may have been the victim of a fraud, as the product you recently submitted to us for repair with notification 11727805 is a counterfeit product. To that end, and especially in connection with any eBay purchases, can you provide us with as much of the following requested information as available to you:
1. Name and contact information of customer (if not already provided);
2. Date of purchase;
3. Point of purchase and address;
4. Contact at purchase point;
5. Amount paid;
6. Method of payment;
7. Delivery method;
8. Copy of invoice and/or any other documents received at time of purchase;
9. Serial number used on piece and any other relevant identifying information;
Please advise if you do not want the product returned to you, and we will proceed with the appropriate destruction process. Alternatively, if you want the product returned, please provide us with a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label so we can process the return.
We hope you find this information to be of assistance.
