Yeah but just like Yelp, if someone has 30 Safe ratings over several years and 3 harmful ones, the average consumer is going to assume that its fine and a couple people has a grudge. Which was exactly the assumption that I made in selecting this person. And while I wasn't technically cheated, I feel that I was, and instead of an apology I got blasted. I've not experienced anything like this in years.

@Angler... saying what happened exactly opens this up to a whole other discussion that I don't want to have. I have a properly calibrated moral compass, and I know that this was all kinds of screwed up.

same problem on ebay, no one really knows who is telling the truth especially when the accused party has years of theoretically positive feedback (fake or real)... and its not like we can write essays about our experience, its a numerical evaluation that can be leveled right back against you. And with little exception the established ladies have larger networks as they meet more people, so the appearance is that of higher credibility, regardless that its a faulty assumption.

Just man up and post an honest rating. Answer the questions without inference. Or, write it off as a learning experience; as most of us have likely had.

I'm not naming names unless there's a reason to... and while everyone is different the problems started before she even arrived and I should have just backed out, but she was well reviewed and I was trying to be generous and not jump to conclusions.
At 30 minutes late I get a message asking me to "Send her an Uber" a cost we did not discuss, and she was already pricey. I tell her that I could but its costing her in time or money not me. She says nvm I'll get my own. I take a look and one of the reasons she's late is that she was back on here posting ads.
She finally shows up almost a full 2 hours late (I should have cancelled) no apology... she spends almost 20 mins having a drink and lingering in my kitchen, then in the bathroom with purse and phone... we're horizontal for 20 mins and I'm not finished, and then she sits up with her back to me and gives me a 15 minute speech about how she didn't like my attitude about sending an uber...
Then she tells me that she's been there an hour and I'm not respecting HER time....despite the now two hours and 40 minutes of mine that she's wasted with no compensation... she says she feels bad and wants to make it up to me tomorrow... and starts looking for her phone and says she must order her uber immediately... I ask that we finish the conversation and she rushes out the door without even saying goodbye and forgets her earrings.
Both I and my apartment were clean, I did not do anything rude or creepy to her. I have never had this experience before but it was the transparent behavior of getting scammed, she believes she earned her hours worth by showing up and doing what I wanted for maybe 20 minutes. And she's not technically wrong as there is no contract but ethically she's 100% wrong, and fucked up.
Also no surprise, but she's not returning my messages today despite insisting she'd make it up.
So does this deserve a rating for bad business interaction? absolutely. Will that achieve anything? Nope.

If I may ask the OP, does the person you saw have any negative ratings at all in her network? Don't need to go into specifics.

she had 2 out of maybe 60-70 green and they were almost a year old and she hadn't dinged them back, so considering the law of averages I assumed I was safe.

You're being a huge douche, you don't know me or my experiences in this community. I've experienced backlashes previously that were also unwarranted, and don't want to go through it again. My ex-gf was a career stripper... I know how the shady side of the industry works and the workers all lie to cover their asses, unless they are totally on the level.
My negative review has no more chance of being considered honest than my positive ones. So someone asks me why I wrote it, I tell them, they check with her she says I'm lying. What good did that do anyone?

I had something similar happen to me recently and have not seen anyone since. I have not dinged her because my PM privileges expired and since I'm not planning to see anyone I have not bought points. I imagine if I was to ding her, people would be trying to contact me and I would not be able to respond.

I'm receiving numerous msg's asking for the identity of said woman. I do not have my mail privileges enabled at the moment because I hadn't used this site since classifieds were shut down. If you do not live in my city or OC, you probably don't need to know anyway. It may also be that not having mail may prevent me from dinging her anyway, I hadn't thought of that.

Oh ok everybody totally my bad, yeah I'm just whining away here and posting for no reason, sorry to waste your time.
