I think the book is quite good. I like it better than the film, but it’s close. Forest Gump by Winston Groom was not that good. Zemeckis deserves great credit for turning it into a great film 🎞 an academy award winner.

If their Ryu/Kershaw/Buehler rotation continues, they will be unbeatable.
Ryu was amazing. Yes, Kershaw pitched angry. And amazingly. I suspect Buehler will continue his domination tomorrow and the sweep happens. That young dude has ice in his veins..

The AL East and the NL East specifically the red sox, yanks, braves, and nats have inflated win totals due to the shitty teams in their divisions with no pitching. The east coast bias is at it again. Praising redsox starting pitching, brewers bullpen, yanks pitching staff. They seemed so disappointed when the cubs lost. Now they have to bend over backward to pick the brewers over the dodgers. Its always been the dodgers and the astros rematch.

That’s not a bad take. Jansen’s stats were very bad when compared to previous seasons. But two consecutive WS appearances, although not the goal for the richest team en beisbol ain’t too either.

Well put Art. I laugh at guys who state what is going to happen. They sure did not stomp the Dodgers last year. They got Cole. We got Buehler and Ryu is killing it. Doubt the other starters mentioned will need to start much.
