@artnjazz I know that’s when it usually is. But every time I worked somewhere that offered DD I would usually get it Friday morning. I’ve been working there for a week.

Lame, I don’t wanna wait till 12. There’s Hoodrat things I want to do and I can’t do those things without money. Like how am I supposed to get drunk off 4lokos and jump into a ball pit at a chuck-e-cheese crying while holding a picture of Eddie Murphy with out money.

It should've been 12:01am on Friday, Not tonight which is Saturday. I believe your company may be breaking Labor Laws by paying you on Saturday. But like Fubar, I may be wrong?

My experience has always been that you get paid a week after the pay period ends. Common pay periods are weekly and bi-weekly. So if you just started and worked a week, the deposit will come next Friday if you are on weekly pay periods. If biweekly and this week is the last week of the pay period, then also next Friday, but in both cases you will only be paid for one week. If this is the first week of a biweekly pay period, your pay is two weeks away and you will get paid for two weeks.
Some companies will give early paychecks for new employees if there is a hardship issue.
This is for California where the employer is allowed up to 7 days to calculate the hours worked and do all the deductions, etc.

It is really beautiful. But I’m a SoCal person born and raised. Being in a place that rural and conservative wasn’t my cup of tea.
