Wouldn't mind being a ghost in Ash's room 👻

Dropped him off from picking him up out from Lompoc (gives you an idea why he needed a ride) and drove him back home to his mother and step father's place in Riverside. Tired from the road, I tried my best to stay awake on the couch while his elderly mother cooked something for us to eat and he went to his old room.
As I'm passing out and I can feel the air get colder, smell old-man breath on my neck and a whisper that comes from INSIDE my head to get out. Out I start to wake up and before I even sit right back up the cushion from under me pushes up HARD and I roll onto the floor. I try to stand up and the magazines on the coffee table slides under my hand where I wanted to grip and I slide again. Now I feel/hear this scream to GET OUT in my head and I scream. My friend comes back to the living room to see whats up, as there is no one else there but me in the room. And there is a distortion on the wall.. not exactly a shadow but not really transparent and I feel something cold hit my head and the scream of GET OUT now in the echoing in the room and a push of hands/cold air out towards the entrance hallway. Picture frames come down and my friend and I cover our faces, and I can feel my feet slide on the old wooden floor towards the door as I am pushed by... nothing. My friend calls for his mom to calm down "Renee" and she comes into the room and pleads for him to stop. I'm already out the door.
I sit in the car for about 5 minutes and there is still loud talking inside the house, and my friend comes over and tells me that I should go. No shit. I am gone.
My friend calls me if I'm ok. Short talk, and he tells me Renee's the ghost of his step-father, who owned the family house. I remembered his step-father from our youth, nice guy if you were fair skinned.
I can still smell that ash/old man's breath still, and if this wasn't my first instance with the supernatural I would be shitting my pants. Still in shock, though.
