I finally learned that before I consider visiting an HX lady, I should check that ratio.
Now, if she does not rate near as many people as rate her, I give her a pass.
In a world where people give likes on pictures of food and for selfies at pizza parlors, I don't think a 2-minute rating for an hour of time spent face-to-face is too much to expect.

@athrowawaayy: Would that logic hold true for Compliance also? I have never been able to figure out if the majority of people have rated me in compliance and I still have a zero what is the problem? 🤔

That happened to me once. It sucked getting my network in balance. but ever since then I only give rating in return forbeing rated. After I have met the person, of course. Now I do not have that issue anymore
