I think Toronto would be wise to consider a deal if they could get Ball/ Ingram, Hart and Kuz. Like three of the four.
The Raptors are currently the third choice, maybe the 4th choice to win Eastern Conference. Behind Boston and Philly for certain. I think Indiana may be better as well.

It makes absolutely no sense for the Lakers to ship someone to Toronto when they can sign him in one year without losing Kuzma or any young talent. They could get away without Ball, but doubt that happens. Leonard is a rent-a-player for one year, I'm guessing. Lakers have stated they have a 3 year rollout plan, I doubt giving up on their young talent is one of them.
