I agree it is important we make distinctions in this area, just as we do in the rest of our life.
Letting your dog poop on somebody's lawn is not the same as hurling a rock through their living room window.
Patting a gal on the butt, with no right to do so, is certainly wrong. However, it is not the same as saying "I will crush all your career dreams and make you unemployable unless you do whatever creepy thing I demand from you," like Harvey Weinstein.
And just because some rude guy crudely complimented your ass, that does not make you a victim of sexual assault. Please keep things in perspective ...

But if you are a Democrat and you do a fake boob honk (no touching) on a sleeping woman and someone takes a picture, you must resign from being a Senator, Governor, Mayor, or dogcatcher.

Everything is political now.
If someone has a gun (not using it, just has one) and gets shot by a cop, the GOP says it's okay because a cop shot him. The Dems say nobody should even have guns. Both are idiots on this issue.
