I had a suspicion that searching with filter is not that accurate. For example i checked the OC box with filtered Female only and clicked on search which will yield a certain results. I went back in to search this time i expanded OC which i checked and then i expanded all (central, north, south, southeast, west) and checked all of them and i compared the results. The second search yielded more profile that have been updated recently than having just checking the OC box only. I repeated this method withh LA which was more cumbersome and it yielded the same result. So in conclusion expand and check ALL the boxes within the region you are searching for the best result.
