I would say nutrition and consistency are the most critical.

Best advice is to keep stress low, there are various ways of doing so...

Here is what you do. I am sure you have a bunch of photos you took with her when you first started dating her.
Take her out somewhere and take a bunch of new photos of you two being together .
A couple days after that sit down with her and go over the original photos and compare the more recent ones.
Let her see for herself how big she has actually gotten.
You can also say things like I really liked that dress or shirt you wore back when i first met you.
How come you don't wear that anymore?
IF she ask you if she has gotten fat, tell her the truth but, tell her you would help her get back in to shape.
