I used to use that machine serious advice go light 50-75 and varie your reps for example 13-24-17 doesnt have to be 3 sets of 10. Secondly use the eliptical keep your tension at around 12-16 for about 20-25 min. Your belly will shrink thus your penis will look big but it is still the same size

Read that Dr. Sarno book about how alot of back pain is caused from stress. It's helped a couple of friends of mine. One used to bitch about his back all the time, so I bought him the book and now he's a power lifter. Another buddy read the 1st three chapters and his back pain went away.

What does your back pain have to do with the OC?

go to a sports store and buy a foam roller, discks or whatever is by you- the cheaper ones are better. I prefer a solid one and not one that has a ton of bumps on it or crevices, just something solid and flat. Place it on the floor, and lay your back on it, so it is perpendicular on your spine, about mid-way between your shoulder blades and your hip. Roll up and down, using your feet, as far up and far down you can without pain. If you go to far down, it gets too close to your spine and hurts. Just go slow and stretch those muscles out, and your back will crack. You need to relax and just breathe deeply. It takes a few days but it will help.

I second the teeter hangup. Stretches out your spinal column using only your weight. And you don’t have to do full 90 degree inversion. Due to my weight, 75 angle made my knees hurt. 45 was all I needed.
Get the one from HSN.com as it comes 99% assembled. Had lower back pain where I had to take a break after only walking a quarter mile. Agony. Took about a week at five minutes a time right before bed. Fixed me up quick.
