Red Rock use to be my favorite place as far as Gambling wise, But luxurious wise *Cesar Palace* is the most Elegant Casino by far.
Now the cosmopolitan Casino a nice one as well, cant complain.
The whole structure and idea of the place is very Godly. Feel like a Goddess "perfect vacation".

Caesars is now owned by by the group that owns Harrahs and a lot of rundown properties on the strip. They do a shitty job running their properties and just came out of bankruptcy. They have shitty odds, expensive food and a shitty comp program. I've recently read that MGM is looking at merging with Caesars. Could be a good thing, as MGM knows what they're doing. However that means that the MGM would own a big percentage of resorts on the strip, pretty much everything but the Cosmo, Venetian, TI and Wynn and that could turn out to be not such a good thing.

I don't gamble much. I like they hype, activities and clubs on the strip and the people watching is great.. There are those that like the more laid back places.

People watching (and food) is great from Mon Ami Gabi.
We are M-Life peeps and they take pretty good care of us. Our summer trip is to Mirage for the pool and the fall football trip is to either Mandalay/Delano or slumming it at NYNY.

When I go for luxery and a refined laid back experience.
1. Encore
2. Palazzo
3. Bellagio
If I am going for fun
1. Golden Nugget (great hotel and Fremont can be fun )
2. NY NY (piano bar)
3. Harrahs (piano bar)
Of course you can stay at a nice hotel and Uber over to a club or piano bar.
I like the rooms at Cosmopolitan a lot as well and the chandelier bar is great. Unique casino as it was not designed to be a casino.

Yes, are you angry at the Bellagio and the MGM of myfavorites. I do agree on the craps tables and the roulette table. Gracious don't get me started on that subject LOL.
We can go on for days about this is definitely a place where you can win or lose. So I'll try to keep away from those areas on a daily basis.
Now when it comes to a solid I'm very particular on where I eat my salads at now that I'm aware of there's processed salad. Like OMG you can actually make fake lettuce you guys should totally Google it on YouTube.
