Nope, that was the last SpaceX launch a couple of weeks ago, also from Vandenburg.

it's a classified payload for the National Reconnaissance Organization, so it's probably a KH-12 (KeyHole) satellite that can take a close picture from space. It's so detailed it can single out Road Runner poop and tell you what seeds you've been eating.
