Also, the US has the highest incarceration rate compared to any developed country. I wouldn't tout our legal system against any other country. We are more on the level of Honduras, Venezuela.

@KeyOrisha- If you want to be technical, you are discriminating then based on partial truths. Discriminating is not far from racism. A person who was a true believer in Jesus would know it is not his/her place to judge, or discriminate, or hate. It is only god who can judge. Jesus took in the people that others shunned. To be a true christian you would love unconditionally while living by example.

Race ≠ culture
She posted a critique. An ill-informed critique of Japanese and German culture but that wasn't racist.
Neither is it discrimination. Discrimination is treating someone differently and unjustly, usually because of prejudice, because of their religion, age, sex, race, or any form of identifiable characteristic.
Not all discrimination is bad. I'll treat you differently if you are disrespectful, dirty, and have no manners. That is a form of discrimination that tends to be more acceptable.
I find it funny though that the same jackasses who scream racist in this thread are the first to be racist as hell towards Blacks or Mexicans in other threads.

Not really considering Black Americans come from all over the place. Might as well say all white people from everywhere are exactly the same. From their history, black people in America are extremely diverse because of the fact they come from all over the world. You might as well say an Irish white guy in America is the same as an Australian white guy in America. Putting the two people in the same country doesn't really make their culture suddenly become the same.

Your Wikipedia article instantly refutes what you say. It says Black American culture is primarly from West and Central Africa. Not Sub-Saharan Africa literally in the 2nd paragraph.
