@ AMP, In common usage, I think the normal sentence structure for most of your examples would be either "Why don't you..." or "Let's..." instead of "Do you want to..." I could have added "me to" to my first three words, but I didn't want to be accused of trivializing the "Me too" movement.

There really is no good answer to a "Do you want to hear ..." question, because you're going to hear it anyway. At least it's not as bad as "We have to talk."
@ Pizza, to each his own. I was thinking more along the line of when a beautiful woman asks, "Do you want me to go down on you?" She already knows the answer, but it's still great to hear the question.
As for Bird Brain, what do you expect? Even the cat didn't react to that answer.

@Angler1, I usually agree with your comments, but I'm not sure what you're talking about in this case. I'm certainly not selling anything, and I'm not referring to anyone in particular that is. I merely made a general observation about the language. In this case, I think the observation is more generally applicable to flirtation and not specific to solicitation.
