A: Any former or current enlisted want to answer this one? Instead of any random US soldier stationed out there, now they will have entire missions dedicated thought out to taking them out, or worse, capturing them. And I won't even go into how the immediate families of these national defenders just got their threat level elevated.

Navy Seals are Special Operations soldiers not spies. You can hang out at the closest bars to the bases in Coronado or Virginia Beach and meet 5 or 6 of them a day. They wear big gold Tridents on their uniforms and hang out in groups.
