I know the feeling. I was in a motorcycle accident and smashed right 🦵 about 5 months ago. Couldn’t do anything for about a month. Stayed with a friend who took real good care of me. Very grateful to be back in action. If you need anything pm me 🥰

Crutches are no fun... When I was a freshman in college I broke a bone in my foot and had to use crutches to go to class... and I lived on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Yesterday, 50 cent donated three million dollars to non-profit organizations that will be used for "enrichment in low income areas", such as "the construction of new parks and open space areas".
Yeah, he gets good publicity for it, and he's rich AF. But he didn't have to do it. He could've bought more houses and Ferraris instead. And most Americans aren't even willing to make small sacrifices so that other Americans can, well, not die of cancer and whatnot.

Yeah it's a trimalleolar fracture yesterday I was up and about sort of moving around and I'm not supposed to but I'm strong and I like to get myself back up and going again I'm still in the splint with crutches and I guess I'm supposed to have an operation but really not looking forward to it since I don't really have insurance either I did set up a GoFundMe account so let me know and thanks for all the kind wishes everybody I appreciate it a lot this is definitely a pain that's for sure

is all that metal hardware permanent? bone doesn't grow back together or heal? is it cuz of the type of break? or location of the break? curious why some people get metal installed vs those that don't.
