Nope, just the opposite; it's Manuary:
The month of January, whereby men partake in a month long celebration of masculinity with activities enshrining masculinity: Unadulterated violence, booze, meat, and chivalry.
The growing of Facial hair in a full out bearded style, to represent the rejection of aesthetics.
The consumption of meat and/or beer (bonus points for both) with/as every meal.

I love the field burger patty on a toasted organic pretzel bun. I grill peppers, onions and mushroom and add a cold tomato slice, a leaf of butter lettuce, a smidge of vegan organic pesto and cayenne pepper... BOMBBB!!! Usual add a lil side salad and some sweet potato fries.
Cook in some extra virgin olive oil and butter the pretzel bun with some vegan butter.

And to the person who asked about reaching ketosis: u have to focus on your macros. Up the fat and protein meanwhile having 10g carbs (or less) w that meal.
If u wanna eat just carbs, that works too, like lemonade and a handful of raspberries. Next meal make it a protein/fat dense meal. Alternate.
I suggest alkaline protein from plants so u build collagen and not develop thin skin!
Remember... Blood and starch don’t mix boy! Acidosis!!!! Gout! Enlarged prostate.
