There is nothing that mandates the President divulge his tax return. Most have done so because they were politicians and most of the money they got was under the table and not reported to the IRS.....

the funny thing is people also act like Trump goes to starbucks and fills out his 1040ez form and submits it too the IRS.
When in reality there is highly paid tax group or tax ppl within his organization that does all the taxes, they probably coordinate with investors as well as lawyers.
Good luck in getting a hold of that tax return because those lawyers could tie that up in litigation for the next 20 years... Unless you send a swat team into Trump tower to retrieve said info....

Certain Congressional Committee Chairman can request any Americans tax returns if it's pertinent to an investigation. Can also request the Trump Organizations tax returns. If necessary they can be subpoenaed. MAGA!

Just the facts; Trump is the one that said he would release his tax reports while running for office. Trump lied and said he doesn't need to release them now that he was elected. He lied that the public doesn't care, polls show otherwise. Trump said he can't release them because of ongoing audit? He lied, the IRS said they don't require a hold on them. Must be the longest audit in history, over 2 years now?
