Once again....Fake News....raspberry and his liberal cronies listen to everything CNN spews and never get the facts correct.
Here is the story. They raised $20 million but found out that the Federal Government cannot accept that money to build a wall. So what they planned with the money couldn't happen.
Therefore, they have started a 501 (c) (4) non profit corporation that will raise funds to actually build the wall themselves. As they raise funds, they will contact land owners and get agreements to build sections of the wall where needed.
Go Fund Me contributors have been contacted and can 'opt in' to the new organization and move their Go Fund Me contribution to the new foundation.
Since the money is NOT going to the Federal Government to build the wall, the organizers and Go Fund Me determined there was another purpose and thus doing the refund or opt in to the new organization was the correct thing to do.
But hey, why let the fucking facts get in the way of a false narrative.
The fact that over 300,000 people contributed over $20 million seems to tell me people want the damn wall.....

i wrote the dude an email warning him of not talking about donating the money if not used for the wall as intended...after he said that donations slowed down 50 percent
he had a chance at the end of the year to turn the 12million into 5billion....give 10-12 dem senators 1million bucks for their vote

So riddle me this : Trump's Oath of Office requires him to Protect And Defend the Constitution. If he wants to use the national emergency excuse to build his monument to his grossly oversized ego how would he go about circumventing the taking clause of fifth amendment of the Constitution during remaining time he has left in his term?

There were 344,918 people who gave in the first month...
There are 150,000,000 registered voters and 241,800,000 adults in the population.
That is .14% of the adults and .22% of the voters, not .035..... .0.035 would have been 84,600 contributors.
You obviously were absent when percentages were discussed in school....
Not huge, but I bet that number grows.

Who cares what his political views....he is raising money for something he believes in. I guess we will see, but my point is that there are quite a few people who seem to want better border protection.
He spoke about the eminent domain issue....they will build the wall where people want the wall. He expects some people will grant the right of way to build the wall on their property for free or a nominal charge. Besides, raspberry said this is 'wasteland' (I bet he forgot that post), so not like they are going through cities and highly inhabited areas. But again, why let facts get in the way of narrative.

I quoted the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution. You can't take land from someone without just compensation. This scam of an Organization that you continue to shill will not work. I have no idea whether the guy is a scam artist or not. But the dude gave three of his limbs to this country in the military. And he is showing that there are a number of people who agree with him that border security needs to be upgraded.
If our government can't get it done, he is trying to do it with his organization.
I have not contributed nor am I endorsing....YOU gave a false narrative of what happened to the Build the Wall Go Fund Me and I corrected you.....

I said I don't know if the guy is a scam or not. I said he is a triple amputee who gave far more to this country than your sorry ass. He might be a scam, he might not. But he is doing something a little different and the left is going crazy to bring him down, since what he is doing might actually be effective in building sections of wall and showing that some people actually care about the border and the safety of their fellow Americans.
He isn't any more of a scam than Chuck and Nancy are...or Hilary.....
