What is ballot harvesting.? The supreme court threw out Pennsylvania redistricting because Republicans did gerrymander districts to weaken Democrats. There used to be certain parts of the country that could not make changes to their election laws with out pre-clearance from the attorney general or a 3 judge panel to determine whether changes to voting laws do not:
"deny or abridge the right to vote on account of race, color, or membership in a language minority group", before those changes may be enforced
Because they DID deny American citizens the right to vote in the past. Thanks to Republicans AGAIN. you moving polling places with out telling voters. Moving the only polling place to another town. AND not telling the voters. By the way it was a Republican paying people to go door to door asking for ballots.

You're making shit up now. The absentee ballot envelope had a place for me to sign and date. I could've had someone turn in my ballot for me. I sign. Then I name the person who I give permission to turn in my ballot. If nothing is signed they cannot accept my ballot.
