Oh and 8) pick a driver who has 3 or 4 star ratings, and has made over 500 rides at least !
Drivers are suppose to get deactivated if there rating falls below 4.6
As a consequence, as a rider if your rating falls below 4.7-4.6 There is good chance your not going to be pick up by a veteran driver as we know better.
It also is a signal that you never tip your driver either. And your not a 5 star rider to begin with. So if your rating sucks it would be wise to start tipping your driver.

Uber is much more responsive when their reputation is getting burned at the stake via social media posts of trips gone wrong, particularly if caught on tape.
