I have friends and co-workers of every ethnicity one could imagine. What I have noticed is that Mexicans, blacks, whites, Filipinos, Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese, Indians, and anyone I've missed, are racist. Usually not virulently. Just expressed as a bias. At work we joke about it. Especially the intra-Asian racism. We keep track of who, by race, is committing the most crimes and kid each other.

Again racism is not really an accurate term as this country was founded on white supremacy, not some nebulous racism.
