I use heirloom tomato's sliced thin and cucumbers rather than lettuce
adds a little sweet and bite

The last time I ate turkey bacon was about 25 years ago. I like the Wright Brand Applewood Smoked Bacon. Also I'm curing some homemade bacon, will be ready next week.
