get a foam roller. i use it twice a day and it cracks my whole back.

Hey there. There are a couple of things u can do but the best thing is prevention via postural awareness and stretching. A foam roller is great, you can also lay on a swiss ball. If you dont have anything like that, a tennis ball will work in a pinch. Just find the point that's tight and lie on the ground with the ball between you and the floor at the point that is restricted. Hope that helps!

Most obvious answer is go get a massage. A deep tissue cost a hell of a lot less than chiropractors and you might get in with little notice. Try to find a good Thai massage, there is a lot of stretching.
Be careful though, because a good massage is getting hard to find. All these rub and tug places give really shitty massages.
now for long term, exercise more. Yoga or any exercise that pushes flexibility and range of motion is going to help.

Take your hands outstretched behind your back, and roll it up and when it gets to the center of your back, put your chin down to your chest and breathe out, and roll your arms all the way up until basically both of your shoulder blades could touch

All you have to do is find somebody to do it for you they push down on the spying on both sides as hard as they can after you exhale after deep breathe and make sure its a hard surface like table top or floor. If you're staying in the same area you can come over I'll do it for you real quick.
