When I was in South East Asia in 1971 I caught a foot fungus. The military hospital there cured it in a few weeks. Thirty years later it's back. I applied at the VA for treatment. I ask them to check my medical records for the treatment in 1971. They gave me a tube of salve that did nothing and sent me on my way.
