P.s.
Re evaluating my lack of feelings experiment. I guess I might specify it's the negative feelings I'm talking about. Clearly if I "love my new state of mind" and provide smile emojis I must be feelings some type of satisfaction. So yeah. I believe I no longer can feel sad, mad, or anything negative whatsoever. All it took was some lipstick on my forehead. And I just made up my mind 
That was a joke. Get it. Lipstick on forehead. To makeup my mind. Anyways. Not trying to steer from the subject.

What you do is get the things out of your life that give you neg feelings, often things that you don't want to give up even though "it's good for you". You can't ignore them or they will manifest themselves in ways that will make you feel and be worse off than you were.
