They have really cheap healthy customs sandwiches.
Their vegan pre-made salads are also cheap...
I ate this, this past week and dropped 10lbs in 6 days ☺️...cut carb intake
By 70%. (Yes I counted grams)

There is a protein bar style restaurant in the City of Orange next to St. Joseph's Medical Center that cooks a variety of meats that is better than it should be. The pulled pork and BBQ taste like someone out of Hawaii or St. Louis actually flew the food from those great meat cooking places.
But very healthy portions.

The cheapest drive through is el polo loco. Black bean (for my protein), salad greens, tots of salsa and lime. $4
Walk in is Chronic taco or Chipotle. Those two places I get that same black beans, salad and salsa, but add fajita veggies and guacamole. $8
My protein is black beans and dark leafy greens. LOL
It’s boring but it digests and it’s out of my system that day. However do what u feel w your protein, just up them veggies. Less meat and waaaaay more water rich veggie fiber. Work towards a plant rich diet!
There’s a fast food drive thru up north where they have healthy JUNK!!! It’s called Amy’s (OMG!!)
All of the vegan grub is cholesterol free, from shakes to pizza.
Please never take me there. I was eating like I never had a pizza before. Soooo good. Prices were very fair!!
So the cheese they use at Amy’s is veggie (vegan), cheese. BUT, it tastes so much like the saturated fatty kind that I was so impressed that it wasn’t. All the sodas were organic . LOL
Anyone still do sodas!? I stopped at 22 when I saw my teeth slightly shifting. No buck teeth for me. Sodas weaken the gums, joints and tissue. (<<< vaginal and penile tissue 0___O).
I’m getting ready to go to Sea Birds brunch in Costa Mesa! Please give that place a try!!! It’s plant based but, u won’t feel heavy after. I order to go. $8 breakfast sandwich. I know. $$$ but it’s worth it.
