Walmart giftcard. Easy peezy
|
|
Off topic, perhaps... Maybe I’m old school, but postal money orders work super for me. Easy, peasy. Discrete. But you do have to plan a little in advance.

Either go to Walmart or an Apple Store and pay cash for their gift cards. Do not get the "App Store and iTunes" gift cards that you can buy just about anywhere that sells gift cards. You do not have to register the cards to use them, just make sure they are activated before you leave the store.

The gift card method is for people that need/want to use a credit card.
A bitcoin ATM is almost instant and may be less hassle.
If you mail in a money order, everybody pays less vig. If you're intimidated by the Bitcoin method, really nothing to it, a money order, envelope and stamp is a piece of cake.

Walmart or Apple Store cards. No $5 surcharge on HX. If you pay cash, no account registration or ID is required.
You have to go to a WalMart or Apple Store or online to buy them. Buying them online may take a few days before they email you the card info.
The App Store and iTunes card is not accepted by HX. This is a totally different card from the Apple Store card. It's good only for purchasing Apps or music/videos for your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iMac).

Bought a $50 gift card to buy fx. Once the site verifies the value of the card, it asks for an email address. Can this email be a burner account? What do they need the email address for? Will I still receive the FX points with a fake email addy?
Thanks in advance !
